African American and Juneteenth Festival 2011
The annual African American and Juneteenth Festival is a highlight of summer in Worcester: celebrating African American culture and honoring the anniversary of Juneteenth with music, dance, craft, and food from the African diaspora. The 2011 fun, family event was the weekend on June 25th and 26th in Institute Park.
Festival 2011 was kicked-off Saturday night by world-famous group The Manhattans and closed on Sunday with Buddha Monk from Wu Tang Clan!
Check out what local media had to say about the Festival here!
